Stress is a serious health condition, and it can affect you both psychologically and physically. If left untreated, it can be hazardous to your health. Prolonged stress can cause physical ailments and it can also deplete the body from needed nutrients. This will lead to lowering the functioning of the immune system, and cardiovascular system. Psychological stress will lead to clinical depression, anxiety and other emotional conditions.
